• Hello,

We are having problems with our image displaying on our checkout page.

So on our main home page our logo/header image displays, and it’s the same on all other pages. However our checkout page (which is https rather than http) our header image doesn’t display and appears blank/blocked.

This obviously has something to do with it being a https page but not sure how to resolve it? Anyone able to offer advice on how I can resolve – ps I’m not very technical!

    Thanks in advance.

    Andrew

  • If you have linked your logo using HTTP and if your browser is blocking non-secure request when you access HTTPS page, you will face such issue. You will have to update your logo to use HTTPS to display your logo. You may need to update your theme’s header file.

    Great thanks Kailash.

How do we go about updating our logo to use https?

There should be an option in your theme. If there is no option, you may need to look at your theme’s header file.

    Great thanks.

One thing I forgot to mention is that we use woocommerce (canvas theme).

Not sure if this is relevant or not?
