    This is indeed a known issue that can sometimes occur with certain themes, despite Avada’s compatibility with WooCommerce.

    The usually lies in a JavaScript conflict between your theme and WooCommerce or possibly a plugin. The blockUI element is generally used by WooCommerce to block interaction with the UI while AJAX requests are being processed. If something is causing an error during that process, the blockUI might not be getting removed.

    I suggest performing a conflict test by temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-One or Storefront, and checking if the issue persists. If it doesn’t, the problem is likely with the Avada theme. You might need to contact their support in that case.

    If the theme is not the issue, kindly deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce to see if the issue is gone, if yes, that means a plugin is contributing to the issue. Re-enable each to see which one causes it. You can find a more detailed explanation of how to do a conflict test here.
