Checkout page: how to delete “Your personal data will be used…”

    I work in spanish, and the woocommerce shop is only for ordering productos… How do I get rid of the notice:

    “Your personal data will be used to process your order, support your experience throughout this website, and for other purposes described in our privacy policy.”

    I have tried through the translation altering the po file, it does not work… Where is this notice located?
