Once I add in the shipping and payment details and click “checkout”, the page slightly greys out and stays that way. The card IS processed but the visitor is not taken anywhere. Very clean set up. Very few products.

Going to post the “status report” in the first comment.

Thoughts? Need the checkout process to be simple for visitors. So close!

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out!

Could you try enabling another payment method (like bank transfer) to see if the issue persists when you don’t pay with credit card?

I don’t see a payment gateway plugin in your system report, so I believe you’re using the option that’s bundled with GoDaddy’s Managed WordPress.

If the issue only happens when paying via credit card, I suggest you reach out to GoDaddy.
