Print Screen doesn’t function on this laptop. I’ll try my best to explain OR can make a video somehow?

When a customer clicks the checkout button for any of the Spocket products, it takes them to the billing details/delivery page, and on that page at the bottom is the proceed to Paypal button. When they click that the page returns to the top and stays there.
All of the other products in the shop work well with no problem.

I don’t know if this is valid or not but the Spocket plugin says that it has not been tested with my version of WP. Would that be a reason for this to occur??

Thanks for the additional details and sorry for the delayed response.

If I understand correctly, when your customers try to checkout Spocket products using PayPal, they are unable to complete the payment and the checkout page scrolls up.

When this happens, can you see any error messages at the top of the page?

Let’s see if there is an error on the WooCommerce Logs. Kindly provide us the following for troubleshooting:

• Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).
• Console tab: Right-click on the page or press F12 on the keyboard and select “Inspect” (this option will show up on most browsers). In the developer tools that will pop up you should see a “Console” tab. From there, please send us a screenshot of what’s being displayed using a tool like snipboard.io.

Thanks for the error.

I would recommend doing a conflict test. If you disable all plugins except for WooCommerce, Sproket and PayPal are you able to successfully check out?

If so, then you’ll want to enable your other plugins, one at a time until you see which one breaks the process.
