    I’m using the free version of Tickets to test it out before I purchase the premium.

    I set the plugin and Purchase Ticket page on my demo site, and it worked fine. But the setup is not working as expected on a client site.

    On the client site, the Payment Ticket page won’t link to the Checkout page. It asks for Purchase Info (whereas on my Demo site, it goes straight to the checkout), and it won’t go to the checkout. Here’s the Ticket Page that I set up for trial. It’s still in Test mode.

    I set up the Checkout and Success pages.

    Any suggestions for what to check?

    Hi @bakari45,

    Thanks for contacting our team!

    I was able to test out your checkout page and found that the payment fields were not visible.

    When you append &nocache=1 to the URL, you would see that it finally displays the fields, which is an indication of a caching issue.

    That said, could you please try clearing/disabling site and server-level cache and see if that helps?

    You may also follow our Knowledgebase on how to exclude our assets from caching.
