    I’m having some issues with my eCommerce site. After filling all the required fields on the checkout page, it still says please fill in the required fields. Also my shipping zone isn’t working, cann’t process appropriate shipping cost against the right address. I have tried several times to fix this issue and failed. I even had recreated that page and just to be sure but nothing. I also deactivate and reactivate all my plugins and failed again. Everything works just fine! What should I do now?

    Please help with this issue.

    It looks like this could be a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

    To determine the cause of the issue, please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all the plugins except for WooCommerce. If that solves it, then re-enable all plugins one-by-one, until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

    If that doesn’t work, to further check, kindly provide us the following:

    • Your System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’. Once you do this, paste in here your response.
    • Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).

    I’m sorry for the delay. I was out of network for a while.

    Yes, my problem has been solved by the child theme company, A bug issue.
