    error did not always occur it happen some times to my customers or to the support staff.

    If we can’t be sure about when/how the error message appears then it might be impossible to troubleshoot.

    Can you please try to reproduce the error and let us know how we can see the error from our side?

    error occur when someone click on the check out button after providing his information. it happens some times only not oftenly. i will update you when ever i receive complain again regarding the error. because i am not sure how and when and what is the cause of the error. but it occur when some click on place order page after providing his complete details.

    Hi @zmahmood ,

    I have had another look at your site and worked my way through your checkout process, and it seems that you are using “Cash on Delivery” as your only checkout option.

    With that being said, have you by any chance, within your “Cash on delivery” settings, enabled it only for specific shipping methods? If so, it might explain the behaviour you are experiencing, and I would recommend that you leave that field blank and resave your settings to see if that makes any difference.

    Additionally, also please have a look at your fatal error log, which can be accessed from WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs page, and let us know what errors you are seeing in there.

    You can also perform a full conflict test, Be sure to switch your theme to Storefront and disable all plugins except WooCommerce before running it:

    Roxanne yes i haved mentioned shipping methods in enable for shipping method for Cash on Delivery which i have removed now.

    Thanks for sharing the error logs.

    The overriding theme templates could be a possible cause but the error logs point towards quite a few other things so it is not clear.

    One more thing i am Also received Duplicate Order. Mean same information same products and two orders for customers. Can i share anything here or create a new ticket for it.

    Just wanted to add that the error logs provided are pointing to the theme (and facebook for WooCommerce), also you mentioned the orders are being duplicated.

    You can perform a conflict test to check if it solves the issue:

    • Clear the site cache
    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Check the orders again

    Check if the issue is present at this point, if not it means there was a conflict, and you can reactivate the theme or plugins one by one (Gradually) until the cause of the issue is found, more info about running a conflict test is below:
