Checkout Page

I have tried to find the answer to my problem but to no avail and im sure some has asked before but I couldn’t find that solution.

I have woocommerce and I want to change to design of the checkout. currently the billing details is above your order. I only have these two elements on the checkout.

I want a checkout that looks like this
