I have disabled all but essential plugins and I am still getting the same issue which suggests some setting somewhere…

As a first step, kindly do a full conflict test to check if it’s your theme or a plugin conflicting with WooCommerce. Here’s how to do the conflict test: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

If the above test does not yield anything, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Just to check, when you purge all cache held by this plugin and delete cache memory on your browser, does the issue persist?

If this resolves the issue, you may either configure the caching plugin as recommended in our caching plugins guide or get in touch with your host to disable it.

Thank you, despite this being “must use” I was able to disable it and clear the cache. I have done both of these things and the checkout is still not working.

I’ve set up a new site and experienced the same problem. I managed to fix it by adding (define( ‘WC_REMOVE_ALL_DATA’, true );) to the wp-config file, removing it and reinstalling it.

I have left my first site live in case you wanted to investigate further for a potential bug. If not, I’ll completely remove it and start again.
