    My client’s on-line business is dead in the water. Some help please?

    Hello from the looks of your versions you have an old version of Gold Cart with a newer version of WP eCommerce. This would most likely be the issue.

    You can log in to your account on our site to download the latest version of Gold Cart. You will find it on your account page.

    If you haven’t logged in since we moved sites you’ll need to migrate your account over to the new site first.

    On this page you will be able to migrate your old purchases / account to our new site.

    You will need:

    Your API Name and API Key that are used to register Gold Cart plugin.

    Thank you. Wouldn’t the auto update have kept this current? I just looked at the plugin page. It says Version 2.9.7 is installed. What’s the latest? I’m doing this for a client’s site, which I did not set up. Where can I find the API Name and Key?

    I really do need an answer to the question “Where can i find the API Name and Key” for my client’s installation. She doesn’t seem to have it. My predecessor took care of this and he is no longer in the picture.
