checkout Not Redirecting

  • I have an issue once person select the hosting package and select domain

    When click on checkout its redirecting to /cart?a=confdomains (This is an error link) But This should be redirect to /?ccce=cart&a=confdomains

    The issue comes when someone select hosting package.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    I install the WHMCS bridge wordpress plugin now my check out page is not working the checkout page showing 404 error

    I had the same problem solution below:

    1. General Settings and make sure your Friendly URLs are set to “Basic URLs” in the whmcs admin
    2. Your WordPress must have Pretty Permalinks enabled, ideally using “Post name”. The plugin does not work with ?page_id=XXX URLs or index.php/page-name URLs.     3. Your WHMCS and WordPress can be on the same hosting account, or across different hosting accounts, but you should have a hosting account with sufficient resources to support the plugin. PHP’s memory_limit should be at least 256MB and CloudLinux users should ideally split WHMCS and WordPress over two different accounts.     4. use php 7.4 with ioncube 10,11,12 extension(just use the php and if it gives you ioncube loader error then contact you admin or personally install in via your whm)
    5. whitelist the domain(wp hosted IP address) in the WHMCS – general configuration – security – add to whitelisted IPs

    If all this doesn’t work then download WHMCS Bridge Pro version, you can use the trial version. it should work. The explanation I gave above is attached in the pro version documentation.

    I already changed several themes..
    Cart template..
    Downgrade version wordpress..
    Permalinks and only on this page
    cart?a=confdomais the error appears!

    I don’t know what to do anymore =(

    Also having this issue. Hosting services go to:

    /cart?a=confproduct&i=0

    Which ends up at a 404 page not found. I’ve updated to WHMCS 8.8.0 and latest version of bridge.

    Any help with this please as it was working perfectly prior to 2 months or so ago…
