Checkout Not Functioning – Payment Methods not appearing

    Hi,

    I have been trying for over a week now to get this problem sorted. I have done a fresh install of WordPress and WooCommerce and also deleted all other plugins and tried multiple themes. Finally I also removed all other themes and working with default 2017 theme.

    For some reason the payment methods are not selectable on the checkout page.

    To reproduce the issue.

    1. Add the product on the below link to the cart
    2. Try to select a payment method on checkout page

    You can try add a product and try to checkout to see the problem.

    The white blockUI blockOverlay is not removing even after completing all fields.

    I have tried hiding the blockUI with the inspector and click on checkout then I get this error – SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

    Try a different payment method to see if it will work at all.

    Hi,
    Thank you for your reply. I have enabled and disabled each payment method one by one and added all of them as an option now with same result. I really have no idea what this could be. I have googled and cant seem to find anything.

    Do you have any other suggestions?

    Try using the storefront theme? it looks like it is a JS issue but see nothing at a quick glance.

    Hi,

    I activated the Storefront theme and same thing. I do notice a quick blink if you change the country field it is almost like the blockUi wants to disappear but then it is back again. Please if anyone can assist with this it will be greatly appreciated. I have wiped the whole install 3 times now.. Latest WP and latest WC versions. And only WC enabled..

    hmm try turning on WP debug and look for any odd error or warning. It almost seems to be a hosting issue as I cannot reproduce this.
