Checkout: Neither custom domain nor checkout button target respond to changes

Hi – firstly, thanks for the terrific plugin. Setup was easy and it is working perfectly with our Shopify store. I’d like to adjust the user experience in 2 ways and it seems like the plugin anticipates them, but I can’t seem to apply the changes:

1. Selecting Enable Custom Domain seems to have no effect. Our Shopify store is set up to redirect to our domain [ sense-labs.myshopify.com > store.sense.come ]
2. Checkout button target: I’d like this to open a new tab but presently it opens a mobile scaled window in the lower right corner of my desktop monitor. This behavior is fine for mobile but undesired on desktop – even opening in the current tab would be better – but changing the option does not change the behavior.

I have cleared the plugin cache under Tools and I’ve cleared my WordPress cache.
