Checkout: Login Button and Add Coupon code don’t work

  • Hi there, I run wp. 4.6.1 and wc 2.6.4. When a returning customer is on checkout page he is not able to login from login button or insert a coupon code. To conclude the order the returning customer have to log from login page otherwise no way to complete the order. I’m using Vantage theme from siteorgin I switched to Storefront but problem stile remain. I also use w3 cache plugin whit cdn. I disabled the plugin but nothing to do. I red in other topic that probably the issue is caused by cart’s ajax. Honestly I have no clue I’m a Newbie.
    I hope someone can help me. Thanks in advance for helping me.

  • I am having the same issue.

    The pay with amazon button is also not showing now. This worked fine yesterday.

    My hover on my live cart is also not working (tied to the ajax)

    I fixed this issue on my site with the following

    I have a plugin called plugin organiser which lets me control which plugins load on each page.

    So on the checkout I disabled, minify, cache, and a few other plugins that don’t need to run that related to javascript\changing code and now it all works again. Looks like there was a javascript conflict somewhere.

    thanks a lot you saved my life. The problem was the plugin woo commerce poor guy swiss knife. I replaced with a new one. Cheers!!! This plugin is amazing.
