Checkout issue

  • Hi,

    After installing the plugin on my site added my keys but when I enabled it, it doesn’t show up on my checkout page. I tested the case by changing the currency to South African rand (R) and the origin as well but it still keeps showing me the following message on the WC checkout page.

    “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”

    Every required setting of the paystack is enabled on the site. I am testing the case through the sandbox (test) mode for now. Can you please check and provide some help regarding this?

    Hello @ahtisham11,

    Sorry about this, can you confirm if you have entered the secret key and public key on the Paystack WooCommerce settings page?

    You need to do this for the Paystack payment method to be displayed on the checkout page.

    Hi @tubiz,
    Yes, I am currently using PayStack under test/sandbox mode and I’ve added both of the keys to the Paystack WooCommerce settings page.

    @ahtisham11 sorry for the late response.

    It seems you are using the WooCommerce checkout block on the checkout page.

    That is currently not supported for the Paystack WooCommerce plugin, you will need to switch to the WooCommerce checkout shortcode instead

    @tubiz I am using the default WC checkout shortcode. I’ve not modified it.
