checkout issue

Hello, I have been having the problem of my customers leaving the cart on my website for a while. My customers are getting the error that the shipping region is not selected. and after installing and uninstalling this plugin it started to happen Now I found a log like below, what should I do about it. Something started to go wrong with my cart page
