    Hi,

    I’ve already contacted the support team inside the business app but they can’s found the problem.

    I’ve configured the plugin but checkout gets a 500 error related to revolut-pay-popup.js:48 and merchant-secure.revolut.com/api/public/orders/5c372943-617d-4fb4-b962-06cf64191a3b/payments:1 as you can see in the picture.

    I’ve deactivated the cache plugin but didn’t solve the problem?

    Hello @rfrancisco

    Could you please move to the network section in the console and find the request which has 500 error, and expand the Response tab for this request. Then you will see there is an information which contains errorId, We need this errorId in order to find the reason of the problem.

    Or if you can enable the payment gateway in the shop, we can find the information about the issue in the checkout page.

    No! This time it doesn’t open the popup and show the error message “is not possible to process your order” (translated).

    Hi Roberto,

    As discussed during the video call I have escalated this case to our Engineering team as this one issue is no related to the plugin but your merchant account settings.

    I’ll provide you with an update via email as soon I have news from them.
