Checkout is not getting the order data after completing the purchase

    Need help. For the past few days my Checkout is not getting order data after a user completes a purchase. Woocommerce goes to the thank you page, but does not register any user fields. Not the order value, not the email, nothing. But the request is registered in the administration panel, but without any data, “ghost”. I’ve already checked the registrations on Woo and Tutor, virtual check, woo status, plugins, etc.

    I’ve also tested it with bank transfer, and it gives the same error, receives the order, but without any information/data.

    I managed to solve the problem by disabling the Siteground cache plugin, known as “SiteGround Optimizer”. Afterwards I found that by disabling two functions in it, the error is fixed.

    The functions I disabled in the plugin are:

    “Dynamic Caching
    Store your content in the server’s memory for a faster access with this full-page caching solution powered by NGINX.

    Memcached
    Powerful object caching for your site. It stores frequently executed queries to your databases and reuses them for better performance.”
