checkout gives an internar error

    The problem I am having is when you proceed through the cart and go to checkout, doesn’t matter if it is a Paypal or direct debit, the page gives an internal error.

    On the status report, there were a couple of plugins that weren’t tested with this version of Woocommerce, so I contented them all and they confirmed with me that all of them are compatible with the latest version.

    I have tried a couple of times removing and updating Woocommerce to the latest version as well.

    The latest thing I have done was to remove one plugin at a time and try proceeding through checkout, nothing changed. Still, the same error regardless of which plugin was disabled.

    Then I disabled all of the plugins to do with WooComemrce and left only the Woocoomerce Core plugin. I created a new test product and tried to check out, the same error which gets me thinking it might be purely to do with Woocommerce.

    Is there anything else I can try/do?

    I really need some help here please.

    Hi there,

    Can you share a copy of the latest error report found under **WooCommerce > Status**? Are you seeing the same thing even when switching to a different theme?

    Finally, can you share a copy of your system status report as found under **WooCommerce > Status**?

    I have a similar problem. Customers can place an order but they do not get the usual final page after placing the order. They get an error 500 page instead (Page not found). Because of that some customers place an order twice.

    sorry, they get a 404 error. (Page not found)
