Hi, did you also delete the cache in your mobile device? Is the issue happening on an iPhone or Android phone? Did you also test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Twenty?

Hi, I managed to solve the problem. It was not from the theme or plugins. I was blocking my wp-admin backend using Cloudflare (to prevent any backend access) and this was for some reason preventing the popup to show up as well on mobile. when I disabled the Cloudflare page rules it started working again. Thanks
