Checkout Form Customizations Also Affecting My Account Addresses’ Forms

Hi Team,

First off, thanks for providing this really wonderful and powerful plugin, it is really helpful to us.

I however, am facing an issue with it. I have removed some fields form the Billing and Shipping address forms for the checkout and made them optional but somehow, these settings are also applied to the “Addresses” section of the My Account page but the fields are still mandatory. As a consequence, user is never able to change there addresses.
