Checkout for Mobile not responsive

    Hello! Im new here.

    Well, I have finished to create my webpage which it’s https://www.carlitalanda.com.ar/

    My problem is that the Checkout page on Desktop and Tablet is good but the problem resides on the Mobile version which looks all messy, cropped and the font looks a bit large.

    I really dont have Code knownledge. If someone could help me with this problem, maybe adding some proper CSS which could fix this, i would greatly appreciate !! ??

  • This is likely due to your theme I would think.

    As a test, try installing the Storefront theme we have for free here:

    https://woocommerce.com/storefront/

    If you activate that theme and Checkout looks OK, your original theme needs some updated code to work with WooCommerce checkout on mobile devices. You’ll have to get in touch with the developers of your theme about that.

    If you don’t want to switch themes just to run the above test, you could try using this plugin to switch themes, but only for your own account:

    Hey, thanks for the response.

    I did what you said, switched my theme to the Storefront and back. It was indeed the theme i was using that is causing trouble. It looks perfect on the Storefront.

    Anyway, is there some CSS where i can try to add?, or just go straight in touch with the developers of the theme?.

    I would get in touch with the theme devs and ask them if they can help improve the responsiveness of their theme’s checkout.
