Checkout field editor text

Hi

I am looking to change the size of the file upload text on the checkout page. “If you are ordering a fabrication service with your worktops please upload a drawing here.”
I’d like to make it bigger like a subheader. I’m using the “Checkout Files Upload for WooCommerce” plugin. Is there a way to change this.
