Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce issue

    Since the update the additional fields are not taken into account by woocommerce.
    Impossible to choose a date or a delivery mode or to retrieve the value of the fields…
    The order form is empty as if the additionnal details part was not on the checkout page of woocommerce.

    I made a request but I have no answer…
    we have been blocked for 1 week and this is causing a lot of troubles on the activity of the site.

    I understand that you are using the premium plugin Checkout Field Editor here and you have already submitted a support request, however, you have not received any response yet, correct?

    Can you please share with us the ticket # you received via email after submitting the support request so that we could check this further?
