    Hello,

    I just installed EcommerceWD on a website and am having issues with the shopping cart. I believe I set up the shipping and tax correctly but for some reason at checkout after putting in billing and shipping info it states “checkout failed”… the item cannot be shipped to your location.

    Hi,

    In order to check whether everything has been set up correctly could you please, provide us the screenshot of the followings:

    >Shipping zones
    >Shipping classes
    > and your product shipping (when you edit the product, it is below the product description, the screenshot of the Shipping tab of the Product Data section)

    Please, also mention to which region do you want to ship.
