    Hello!

    Woke up this morning to find our checkout pages have collapsed completely.

    Tried to add some screenshots to this post, but it seems like that isn’t working properly here. Error messages are:

    Unexpected error in: woocommerce/cart-order-summary-block Error: r[e] is undefined

    Error: t.getAdditionalFields is not a function

    We haven’t made any plugin or other changes in the last 4 days, so not sure why this is falling apart now.

    Hi @nivomi,

    I just tested adding a product to your site and going to the checkout page and I got the error as you mentioned: https://prnt.sc/8G_eap9nnRvo (hint: you can also use this app to upload screenshots to the forums, by the way!)

    I see from your System Status Report that you’re using Storefront, that’s good! That can rule out a theme issue already. I’d be more inclined to think it’s a plugin conflicting instead. Can you please run a conflict test to find out if something external is interfering?

    ?To do that, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one (gradually), checking after each to see where the issue is coming from.

    Some important considerations:
    — Be sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. You can ask your host for backup functionality or you can consider using a service like?Jetpack. If something goes wrong, you will be able to restore it.

    — Also, you can consider using a plugin like?Health Check & Troubleshooting. This is a plugin developed by the WordPress community and it is helpful to disable plugins without affecting your current site visitors.

    — It is important to consider as well Staging functionality in case you would not like to touch your production site (you can ask your host if they offer this service), or you can use?WP Staging?for quickly spinning up a new test site.

    That troubleshooting plugin is a huge help, had been doing the same things manually if you’d believe it – d’oh!

    Root cause is with “CDN Enabler” from “KeyCDN” – plugin disabled for now, advising them of the issue.
