Checkout errors

Testing checkout with and without the plugin loaded and with the plugin loaded the following errors present upon trying to submit order:

Billing Country is not valid. Please enter one of the following: Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Northern Territory, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria, Western Australia
Billing Street Address is not valid. Please enter one of the following: Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Northern Territory, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria, Western Australia

Unsure why it wants the country and address to be a state?
