    I’m having some issues with using this plugin in conjunction with woocommerce to process the payments for LearnDash courses.

    When BuddyPress for LearnDash is activated on the site (and only minimally-necessary other plugins to process course purchases) and a guest goes to checkout the process is not completed and an error message pops up – with no actual message just the warning icon and the red box.

    The process is not duplicated if all other plugins are active with just this one deactivated.

    On the back end of the site the order is marked “pending” and accepts the payment despite the failure alert on the checkout page, and no receipts are sent to the customer. A registration email was sent when I tested the process with a new testing customer account, but no woocommerce emails relating to a purchase.

    Have you heard of anyone else having these issues or do you know what could be causing it?

    The site is still in development so I’m not overly concerned just yet about customers missing their orders or paying for something that doesn’t complete, but it would be nice to have this solved before the site goes live ??

    We have tried to reproduce case you mention above but we were not able to reproduce the issue so if possible can you please provide a steps to reproduce case so that we can reproduce here and if we found any issue then we will sort it in our next release as soon as possible.

    Not sure what fixed it, but I resinstalled everything over the weekend and that seemed to do the trick. I’ll mark it as resolved for now and if it crops up again I’ll reopen with more information.

    Hey there!

    I’m having the same issue, and am curious what steps you took when you say ‘reinstalled everything’ do you mean plugins, or?

    Hey downstrung, I actually reinstalled the entire wordpress site from scratch.

    You might not need to do quite that much, I was running on a development space and hadn’t really customized much of the site yet so there wasn’t any real loss of data.

    How much customization have you done with the theme you’re using?

    You can start with completely uninstalling this plugin and reinstalling it. See if that fixes it on it’s own and if it doesn’t maybe reinstall the whole suite of plugins? (LearnDash, Woocommerce, BuddyPress, and BuddyPress for LearnDash)

    I’d definitely be interested in what you do as you troubleshoot since we had the same issue and I didn’t really delve into what was the exact fix.
