Checkout error of negative value

    Hi when we enable discount than it gives error on checkout

    CANNOT_BE_NEGATIVE Must be greater than or equal to 0. If the currency supports decimals, only two decimal place precision is supported.

    Have you added the discount with the minus sign?

    Generally, if you want to apply the discount like a flat 10 discount then you just need to add like 10 in the rules, not -10.

    Please check and do the needful changes and let us know still if any.

    No I have not applied it with minus sign. it is simple 20 discount you can see my settings here in screen shot

    Okay, then it might work as you have added the discount and it applies as a discount on the cart/checkout page.

    Now, the issue might be related to the theme or another plugin conflict.

    You can follow the Self Service Guide to resolve some common errors there.
