Checkout Error not allowing customers to place orders

We use your Checkout Field Editor Pro plugin on our website biltongboard.comA problem occurs when logged-in users try to check out. If during the checkout process the account holder selects “ship to a different address,” they are unable to proceed to the next step in the checkout process. Additionally, if the account holder does not select “ship to a different address,” meaning it should ship to the saved billing address, they can proceed to the next step, but when they finally click “place order” an error message pops up stating “Please enter an address to continue.”
This is a major issue because it essentially prevents every account holder from placing an order and checkout.
Any feedback from your support team would be very much appreciated as we have been investigating on the matter for quite some time and keep on failing at finding a solution.
