    Greetings!

    I just setup Woocommerce on my WP site – I setup the payment info, shipping info. bank info, verified my identity, etc. WC payments are “enabled.” As far as I can tell, everything is good to go. But when I test the checkout process, on the page where the customer enters their address, at the bottom (where payment info should be) I see this message:

    “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”

    I tried using the test mode and that worked fine.

    My site is not currently https, not sure if that is related.

    Please advise so I can attempt to fix this issue.

    Is it possible to enable another payment method on your checkout page to test the issue? For example, the COD Cash on Delivery method? It is under WooCommerce > Settings > Payments Then please check if it is shown at checkout page? If visible, it means there could be an issue with the WooCommerce Payments method.

    According to that message received on your checkout, it sounds like the WooCommerce Payments setup is not finished properly, otherwise, the payment method would appear.

    Can you please recheck the setup process for WooCommerce Payments on your site?https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/payments/#section-3.

    Thank you for the response.

    1) Under Settings: Payments, there is no option for “COD Cash on Deliver.” Only options I see are credit card (which is selected). A bunch of weird methods I have never heard of (EPS,IG, iD, etc.)… google pay and apple pay.

    2) Under “Payment: Account Details” “Payments ” is “Enabled” so I assume I did all that correctly.

    So, what next?

    I found the place to accept COD, and enabled. I was able to complete the order without error.

    I have the same problem. I only have bank transfer, but it does not appear in the checkout page. If I add an alternate payment option, the last one added do appear, but not bank transfer.

    If you are using WooCommerce Payments, you are required to have an SSL certificate on your site: https://woocommerce.com/document/payments/#section-1

    It could be why payments are working on test mode, and payment methods are not being displayed at checkout on your live site.

    You could try adding HTTPS and an SSL certificate to your site and see if it helps to solve the issue. If it persists, kindly reach us out at the WooCommerce Payments dedicated support forum:
