Checkout Error: "…merchant is invalid…"

    Getting this message during checkout:

    “Please contact the merchant as the shipping address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be shipped to that address.”

    I was able to do a temporary fix via: settings > store> payments > edit the paypal standards settings and turn off “Enable Shipping Same as Billing Option”, but I want the customer to be able to have this option.

    Is there a fix for this?
