‘checkout error’ faulty redirect

    Hi there,

    I am using your plugin for a client and it works great, with the exception that when it is enabled, we are finding ourselves seemingly entirely randomly sometimes redirected to the url /checkout/order-received/?key?msg=Unknown_error_occured, which is simply a page that says “Thank you. Your order has been received” with no other content.

    This happens when we are trying to access a subroute of /wp-admin, trying to go to any random page on our site, both unrelated and related to woocommerce, but never when we’ve actually checked out an order, and never consistently. Sometimes trying to navigate to the same page immediately after yields correct routing, sometimes it takes more than one try.

    Any thoughts?

    Hello,

    It is strange. Are you sure that it is happening by fault of AWS plugin?

    Try to temporarily disable it and check this issue one more time.

    I currently have the plugin disabled and am going to let you know if I am able to reproduce the error without it enabled.

    Our client’s in house developer has reported that he is unable to reproduce it except when the plugin is enabled, so currently it seems to be the culprit.

    Is there any functional part of the plugin you can think might contribute to the redirect issue?

    Thank you for your time, and sorry to have falsely reported a bug. Our client’s developer believed it was tied to your plugin but through more extensive testing I’ve confirmed the issue is reproducible with the plugin disabled and must be due to another plugin.
