    We get the same errors every second or third order and lose a lot of customers because of this… hope for a solution soon.

    does this happen when someone is paying a product on your DE pages? Can you please check the behavior if it still persists when someone is buying a product using EN?

    Can you please set the currency to EUR on your DE page?

    Hi Andreas,

    I have filled up the form, the issue happens on EN and DE both. The currency changes when billing country gets updated at checkout. For e.g. when we user USA it sets USD as currency and when choose Germany it sets EURO as currency.
    It only happens at very first time when user tries and in second attempt it works fine.
    For e.g. if I set Germany as my billing country and proceed checkout it gives error and redirect to cart page then again I retry with same info then it works fine and send me to PayPal. May be PayPal plus is not getting correct currency first time? because error log say this ‘{“name”:”VALIDATION_ERROR”,”details”:[{“field”:”purchase_units”,”issue”:”Item currency codes should be same as the transaction currency code in all buckets”}],”message”:”Invalid request – see details”,”information_link”:”https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/payments/#errors”,”debug_id”:”76b59444ee40c”}’

    Yes thats correct because we will handle this issue on our support ticket system in the future
