Checkout Endless Spinner

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out.

I have troubleshot the endless spinner by turning off all my plugins and it still spins. If someone can give me possible options to solutions, that would be most helpful.

This can also be caused by a theme conflict. By any chance, have you tried temporarily switching to one of our default themes, like Storefront?: https://woocommerce.com/storefront/

If this resolves the issue, you’ll want to reach out to your theme author for further support.

Thank you for your reply.

I changed the theme to Twenty Nineteen and the Checkout section is ghosted/grayed out. The spinner loading icon is not there. Due to the area being grayed out, I cannot click on the PayPal Links to check out.

Were you able to completed the conflict test as advised in the prior response? You can do so by following the steps outlined here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

Yes I did.
1) I did switch to the default wordpress theme. The infinite loading icon is still there with the grayed out checkout area.
2) I did Temporarily deactivate all plugins.

I have also additionally reverted to an older version of woocommerce. Version 3.7.1 . It still is grayed out.

I reached out to my hosting company’s tech support and they spent an hour and a half with me on troubleshooting and testing.

I’m so frustrated and cannot figure out why this is not working.
