    Hi there,

    For the checkout feature, I’ve used “Paypal”, which worked well because we’ve got a system that enables us to use the email attached to the purchaser’s account to send them additional emails.

    Now when I switch to ‘Paypal Card Processing’ even though the checkout page requires an email when purchasing, in the process of buying the course Paypal produces a random email address.

    Now I think I know why it generates that particular email because they’re not logging into PayPal with a verified email..but my question is…

    Can’t I use the email supplied on the checkout page, instead of letting Paypal generate a random email?

    Hi there,

    For assistance here, would you mind sharing your System Status so we can have a look at your setup? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
