I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with Square payments. Let’s get it sorted.
We now need to have a look at the following information from you to help with troubleshooting:
– a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response in coding brackets.
– Square logs. Please make sure logging is enabled in WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Square, create a test product of $1 and place a test order with a real card (there is no Sandbox mode for this extension). You can refund your purchase later if the payment goes through.
You can find the logs in WooCommerce > Status > Logs > choose square in the drop-down. Please do remove any sensitive and personal information from the logs, such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, etc.
