    We were troubleshooting some other issues with a different plug in and found that we had an error related to the AWS so we were deactivating and going to reinstall but when we deactivate the plug in our Checkout page disappears. I’m not sure how the two are linked but I’m not sure what to do as we have to deactivate this plug in to continue troubleshooting based on the other support team. Thank you!

    Hi,

    Well, it is strange. Since the AWS plugin is deactivated it should not affect your site in any way. Perhaps you are using some custom code snippets that reflect on AWS plugin and after deactivating it those snippets start to generate some errors. Can you please check this.

    Also I recommend you to enable debug mode as described here and check for any errors when you are trying to load the checkout page.
