Checkout Debit or Credit Card button lag

    On the checkout page the buttons take incredibly long to load the payment details. Paypal button at least has the pop up loading animation. The debit or credit card button takes about 10 seconds to do anything, sometimes I have to triple click. Is this just bad pay pal servers or the plugin what’s going on. The button looks like it won’t work for so long then it does. Will cause customers to reload or question the page.

    There actually is a loading animation for the debit or credit card button, but it does not appear until after 8 seconds of awkward wait time/ idle doing nothing. Can the loading animation happen right after click please?

    thank you for reaching out to us; we appreciate your input.
    We already identified this issue and have this item on our to-do list. However, this currently does not have the highest priority, since it is an esthetic issue and we are currently working on some critical functional issues that have a higher priority.

    I do understand the priority it might have for you, but we can’t drop other issues for this one. I have linked this thread under our development ticket and you will get an update when we have any solution or release available for you.

    For now, I will mark this thread as resolved since there is not much we can do on this thread until we have some sort of solution from our developers. Hope you understand and agree. If not, let me know, we are open to discuss this further.
