Checkout conflict issue

    Hi there,

    We’ve identified an issue with our checkout page which is linked to this plugin:

    The default behaviour on page load for the “create account” and “deliver to a different address” checkboxes at checkout is for them both to be disabled. On page load, both checkboxes are unchecked, however, the relevant sections i.e. “choose password” and “deliver to this address” forms are loaded regardless, and checking/unchecking the boxes does not show/hide them. This issue only occurs in the logged out state.

    Disabling the Bitcoin / AltCoin Payment Gateway plugin immediately fixes the issue. Is this something that you can look into please as we’d like to continue using your plugin.

    We are sorry for late reply. As it’s a community forum you could get support from them.

    I have got a resolution for your issue from our team. They have checked everything correctly and none of the issue exists in our plugin. The theme or other plugins you are using may conflict with this plugin.

    Please understand that we can not resolve or adjust your website’s theme’s / plugin’s code with our plugin. If you want to use our plugin you may adjust them with our plugin.
