    We are receiving emails saying that the return to the “Checkout complete URL” is failing; that our theatergoers are being redirected to an “Oops” page on our site. I tested. I get directed correctly when I purchase tickets in Chrome on a laptop, but I also get the “Oops” page when I buy the tickets from my iPhone 5c. Could it be that the plugin or something on the PayPal end needs to be tweaked for smartphones, or am I extrapolating from too small a dataset?

    I think this may be a PayPal problem. Once the Checkout is selected, StageShow passes control to PayPal, along with the URLs for Checkout Complete and Checkout Cancel. These must be correct or it wouldn’t work with Chrome, so I suspect this is an issue with redirects from PayPal. If it is, it’s unlikely that I can do anything about it ….

    I don’t have an iPhone so I’ll try to borrow one and see if I can reproduce the problem.

    I’ve not been able to reproduce this problem, but there was an issue with transfer of Checkout Complete and Checkout Cancel URLs which has been fixed in v2.3. While this is not consistent with the errors you are reporting, it may be significant.
    Please retest with v2.3 and post an update if there is still a problem.
