Checkout changing state on user

  • I got an email from a user that says:

    I am trying to check out online and it keeps putting the state of Delaware in when I put in Washington and it won’t let me proceed from there, or pay with a credit card. Help!!! I want to be able to get the swing on time! Thank you

    I haven’t been able to duplicate this problem so I don’t know where to begin. What could cause such an issue?
