    Hi there,

I hope you are doing well ??

I have one big and one small issue unfortunately.
The big one is that my cart page is being cached (randomly but not always) eventho the plugin is set to prevent it.

In my woocommerce store I also noticed a small issue:
When you push the “acquire artwork” button you get the woocommerce error: “You cannot add another “xxxxxx” to your cart” Even when the cart is empty. (I have products that are sold once, 1 in stock or sold status).

And last but not least. Images in the slider on the single product page are blurry (not the first but the others are).

All Issues only occur when the plugin is activated.

I appreciate it if you could have a look ??

    Have a lovely day,

    Cheers,
    Jessica

@thegulshankumar It seems that the checkout page is not being cached anymore. But ill check a few times more.

Only the error message persists: “You cannot add another “xxxxxx” to your cart”.

I leave the plugin enabled I am still trying to figure this out as well. There is not much on my website really.. weird.

    Hi @littleeloo,
I have just now tested and as I can see your single product pages are not being cached anymore: https://i.imgur.com/iZ57c12.png

But as you said the problem remains. So, now the only option is to dig deeper and see whats’ happening here. Try Clicking “Disable Page Cache” inside the plugin settings and then check/test further. But this tells us that the issue is not coming from the cache as your single product pages are not being cached anymore.

It’s really hard to figure it out without proper access to the website which you can’t share here unless you contact me personally.

    Good morning @isaumya,

    Thank you so much again.

I will do that. I’ll take apart my website again and stripping it completely tp to find what’s causing this.

    I’ll keep you posted ??

    Cheers,

@isaumya, It works now and it works BEAUTIFUL!!!!

I can not express my gratitude enough, thank you so much! I am so happy!

I think I had a setting wrong but I am not sure exactly because I took the whole website apart and started from scratch (checkout/cart etc.).

    But it works!

Thank you so much @littleeloo for those nice words. ??

What wound up being the solution for this? We have very similar/exact problem. We turned off as much caching as we could find and even testing on a local host, we are still having the issue.

If you are having the exact same problem then you will see the explanations above on how it got resolved.

It just says “I will do that. I’ll take apart my website again and stripping it completely tp to find what’s causing this.” and “I think I had a setting wrong but I am not sure exactly because I took the whole website apart and started from scratch (checkout/cart etc.).” so I was wondering if there was any more clarification. Thanks!
