I’m building my single product page, so it displays differently on Laptop/Tablet and Mobile. To do that i duplicate elements and then choose to display or hide them depending on the platform

Everything works fine, except checkout buttons. I have a “Add to cart” section visible only to laptop users that display the buttons.
I have a duplicate “add to cart” section, hidden from Laptop/Tablet users and visible to Mobile users. When i switch from Laptop/Tablet to Mobile the buttons disappear and only “add to cart” button is displayed.

    Please see:
    Laptop View
    Mobile View

Can you help me with this please?

    Hey there @vhfferreira

Without being an expert in Elementor (as that’s how this page is built), it’s hard to see why this is done this way, or why this issue is happening, but purely from what I can see, the difference is where the buttons are added in the code:

    Here’s your tablet page:

Here’s how the code looks for phones:

The difference is where the div is placed inside the maze of Elementor widgets and how that all works. I admit I don’t know how to resolve this, as I am completely unfamiliar with how to do page layouts in there.

You can try checking with the Elementor team for more info on how to handle this with different layouts, or you could use a different theme/builder.

    Hello @slash1andy

I am not using elementor on my site so maybe you can figure out the issue using my site?

If you have not opened a thread of our own, please do so. This helps us give attention to each individual issue, as they are not the same issue.

    Thanks

one more thing. I think this started happening right after woocommerce update so maybe this a compatibility issue after the update?

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
