    @halibutblue Hey there!

    It looks like you’re currently on version 4.0.15 and the latest is 4.0.16. Would you mind updating when you have a chance?

    Regarding the redirect, it’s important to note that if you have your WordPress domain added to Shopify, then the checkout page won’t work. The reason is because the checkout page is hosted on Shopify’s end, and when you add your WordPress domain Shopify will attempt to send you to a cart on WordPress.

    If you still want to have a custom domain set for the checkout page, I would recommend creating a subdomain of your WordPress site — something like shop.exploringamanda.com or checkout.exploringamanda.com instead.

    Otherwise you can just use the default “.myshopify.com” domain setup.

    Does this help?

    That’s strange in that I did have 4.0.16 installed. The domain was switched in Shopify (somehow). I switched it back. We did want to use .myshopify.com. It’s back BUT now many of the products shortcake isn’t working.

    URL
    /knee-sleeve/

    SHORTCODE
    [wps_products title=”Knee Sleeve” link_to=”none” excludes=”title, pricing, description, buy-button” full_width=”true” pagination=”false”]

    @halibutblue Hmm, are you using the Elementor extension by chance? If so, what version are you on?

    Did you try clearing the plugin cache under the Sync tab?

    I’m using WP Bakery. Even with all plugins disabled minus yours it’s still an issue. I emptied and disabled the cache

    @halibutblue Hmm ok, so you’re using only shortcodes to display product info on the /knee-sleeve/ page?

    I solved my issue. Having full_width=”true” pagination=”false” in the shortcake was the issue.

    Thanks for your time. Have a nice weekend.

    I got the same problem and was able to fix it by updating the domain configuration at shopify on Settings > Domains. Removed custom domain and stay with yoursite.myshopify.com/

    @rainierpinero Thanks for letting us know. This is usually the core reason for the issue.

    Let me know if you need anything else.
