Checkout button missing from “Final Review” page

    Since the Woocommerce update to version 3 this morning, the checkout button is no longer appearing on the Final Review page (the one that PayPal redirects to just before completing the order).

    I’ve got round this temporarily by skipping the Final Review page, but I need to use this page.

    What is the problem?
