    Hello:

    In test mode, when I move to complete a test purchase, my own address and contact information keeps populating in the Billing Details.

    Don’t I want this blank, for my customers to fill out at time of purchase?

  • That will be coming from your browser’s auto complete / auto fill feature and for other people it will complete with their saved data. For more information, search for auto complete for your browser. I’m sure you can turn it off in Chrome, but I don’t know about other browsers.

    Thanks @lorro. I was hoping that is the case. But, it shows my business information (name, email, etc…) instead of personal. And, I made the site live for a brief moment, and accessed it using my wife’s computer, and it showed with my business information as well.

    I’m lost on this one.

    OK, the other place the data could be coming from is, if you are logged in with a username that has previously made a purchase, any PC, WC will be pre-filling with data from that purchase. This data will be available at Dashboard > Users > Your Profile > Customer Billing Address & Customer Shipping Address sections. Clear it out, save and then try another test purchase.
