Checkout behavior report not working

It seems you have implemented klarna checkout and our free plugin in not supported with it. Hence, the checkout page is not captured and sent to GA.

like you say, it doesn′t show the event with tag assistant but you can see it in google analytics

Oh that’s strange..!!

I use dataslayer and google analytics debugger to see which data points are being sent to GA from a page and both are showing no data points at the checkout page on your store.

Also, could you please confirm the data is not being sent by the GTM and other GA script you have on the page?

Ok so you mean that your plugin doesn′t work with klarna plugin because it′s conflict with eachother?

Yes, our free plugin is not compatible with klarna checkout.
