Checkout and Cart Pages

    Hello.

    I am currently working on reopening my site and I am having trouble with the Cart and Checkout pages. When you click on either, it displays nothing.

    Hi there!

    I am currently working on reopening my site and I am having trouble with the Cart and Checkout pages. When you click on either, it displays nothing

    I’d first recommend checking if you have the pages selected under WP Admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Page Setup (both cart and checkout pages)

    If yes, I’d next recommend checking if those pages include the Page Shortcodes.

    If they’re both confirmed, and you’re still seeing the same error, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Thanks for your response.

    It seems that it is an issue with the theme I was using. I have switched to a new theme and all is fine now.
